Julia Child Notecards & Envelopes

Each box contains 12 cards and 12 envelopes. The 4 varieties of cards feature inimitable quotes from the inspiring and sometimes irreverent Julia Child; they are accompanied by envelopes bearing images of Julia enjoying herself immensely on her “The French Chef” television program.

The design of the box pays homage to Child’s groundbreaking first cookbook, , and the collection includes a folded insert with a biography and additional information that puts her contributions in context.

This set is licensed by The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts, which offers grants to support research in culinary history, scholarships for professional culinary training, and the annual Julia Child Award, presented in association with the Smithson’s National Museum of American History. The photographs come from the Smithsonian Collection.
